Returns

• Eligibility Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition.
• Eligible Products: Generally applies to in-stock items.
• Exclusions: We cannot accept returns for:

  • Digital products.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or are incomplete.

Refunds

• Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 7–14 business days for refund processing.
• Payment Method: Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is approved and processed.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us.
• Exceptions: Fuel Hungry Solutions will cover return shipping costs only if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
• Recommendation: We advise using a shipping service with tracking capabilities.

Order Cancellations

• Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled at no charge if they have not yet been shipped.
• After Shipment: If the order has already shipped, it must be treated as a return, following the policy guidelines above.
