This crankshaft girdle kit was designed for heavily tuned engine blocks. At high speeds and torques, enormous forces act on the crankshaft, which then tends to twist. The THE – crankshaft girdle kit provides more stability and safety and thus prevents engine damage.

Additional information:

For the assembly of the THE – crankshaft girdle kit it is necessary to use the high THE – main bearing girdle caps as well. In addition, we offer an upgrade oil pump, which already have clearances for the studs of the crankshaft girdle kit. This is not included with the plate. Adjustment work on the oil pan is necessary.
